About Jerry Maginnis

Jerry Maginnis is a leading voice in the accounting profession and the author of Advice for a Successful Career in the Accounting Profession: How to Make Your Assets Greatly Exceed Your Liabilities. A Certified Public Accountant with decades of executive experience, Jerry spent eight years as the Office Managing Partner for KPMG’s Philadelphia office and previously led the firm's Pennsylvania Audit practice.

Today, Jerry channels his leadership experience into board governance and advisory roles. He is a Board Member and Audit Committee Chair for Cohen & Steers Mutual Funds and inTEST Corporation (NYSE: INTT), and serves as Senior Advisor and Advisory Board Chair for Centri Business Consulting, LLC. Jerry is a Past President of the 20,000+ member Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) and has lent his expertise to the boards of St. Joseph’s Preparatory School, Gwynedd Mercy University, and the Faith in the Future Foundation.
